NXP
NXP added a bigger (12x12mm) MAPBGA196 package to the i.MXRT105x. We are hearing rumors of new lower-price parts being added to the portfolio. Maybe the i.MXRT1015 or the i.MXRT1020? These don’t have LCD or graphics accelerators and run at 500MHz but will surely sell at a lower price. Stay tuned after labor day!
